Critical Care Reviews Newsletter

Newsletter 473  |  January 3rd 2021

Welcome to the 473rd Critical Care Reviews Newsletter, bringing you the best critical care research and open access articles from across the medical literature over the past seven days. It's back to that time of the year where the Critical Care Reviews Meeting dominates all else on this platform.

There's just two weeks to go until eCCR21, bringing you the best critical care trials in the world. We have a number of major trial results presentations, discuss the best trials from 2020 with their chief investigators, and also feature discussions on methods and publishing. The entire 3 days is being freely live-streamed, with the full programme and url due for release later this week. Free registration will open in a few days for those wishing to obtain CPD points. For those who aren't interested in obtaining CPD points, there are no barriers to viewing the Meeting - just grab a coffee, browse to the url, watch and learn.

If you haven't yet check our our ongoing podcast series on the REMAP-CAP trial, there are 4 episodes for you to listen to, with more due imminently. It's a fascinating insight into the most advanced, complex critical care trial yet, brought to life via a collection of discussions with a range of people behind this adaptive platform trial.

I hope to have some other major developments to release very shortly too!

Until next week

Rob
